Refund and cancellation

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date to return your order to us for a credit note or exchange.

We pass through strict inspection as regards to quality before we ship our products to our customers. We at Frisch, treasure our customers and following our Endeavor to maintain a lasting bond of trust. We have a very liberal returns policy.

  1. Do not accept the parcel if the main box is opened or hampered with.
  2. If you have any returns you need to inform us by sending us an email ([email protected] ) mentioning why are you returning our product.
  3. Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  4. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the return box office address : 200, Narshi Natha Street, Bhat Bazar, Mumbai - 400 009, Maharashtra, India.
  5. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. This would be subject to an internal check on receipt of the product and we shall process the credit within 2-3 working days of culmination of the internal check. Sale items are not in the range of return or exchange.
  6. Photo proof is needed in the cases of defective return. Kindly notify us on [email protected] 
  7. Frisch is not responsible for items lost or broken during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable courier service
  8. In the event that there is a price difference, we would give you the opportunity to pay the excess amount on our secure payment portal.
  9. In case the price of the product you want in exchange is lesser than the original product, in that case we will give you store credit for the remaining amount.
  10. Frisch reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice at its sole discretion. Should there be any dispute, Frisch’s decision will be final.

 Size or preference return

  1. Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Frisch reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
  2. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size issue. Frisch will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement. Frisch will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

 Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of the order being placed. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be accepted for cancellation. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will not be approved.

 Promo codes/coupons policy*

  • Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the promo code.
  • Frisch reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'promo code' and the transactions in which they are used.
